Unlike our debut album, Skellington, which began life as a recording project for Richie and Will, all of the tracks on the EP were arranged by the whole band and practiced ready for live performance before we thought about entering the studio. We chipped in for some proper studio time in order to get a decent, live drum sound but the rest of the EP was recorded in various bedrooms and living rooms.
We made the decision not to get any CDs printed this time around in order for us to be able to give the EP away as a free download. Also, as a result of having input from all four members, we feel Secretly, We Hope is a much more dynamic and varied collection of tracks than those on Skellington and we hope you enjoy!
